Frequently Asked Questions

The three models available are 12 kW, 18 kW, and 24 kW. The right one depends on the volume of the space being heated and how cold it gets during winter. A larger, poorly insulated godown needs more output than a smaller, enclosed factory section. Share the dimensions and we can point you to the right model.

Yes. Dust and debris build up on the fan and inside the unit over time and reduce airflow. Check for any obstruction in inlet and outlet area first. Even if the outside looks clear, the fan blades themselves may be covered in dust, making them less effective at moving air.

Before touching anything, unplug the unit from power and turn it off. Once it’s cool and safe, dust the fan blades with a soft brush or dry cloth. Low pressure compressed air works well for getting into tighter spaces. Do not operate or clean near water or liquid cleaners to fan motor or electrical components.

Yes. Suspended or shelf-mounted installation is a standard option. This frees up floor space, which matters in a working factory or godown where floor area is used for goods or equipment.

The unit has vertical adjustable louvers to direct the air towards the cooler areas. Try changing the louvers to the cold zone first. If the space is very large one unit may not be enough and a second unit at the far end would give a more even distribution of heat.

Yes. Hospitals are listed alongside factories and godowns as a standard application. The suspended or shelf-mounted installation keeps the unit out of the way in a clinical environment, and the centralized heating approach warms the space evenly.

The 12 kW model runs on 230 or 400 volts. The 18 kW and 24 kW models run on three-phase AC supply. Confirm your available supply before ordering.
